Our tour guide Jess was just fabulous! So informative and too us to loads of places around London that we’ve never been to before!

It was enjoyable but it could have ended at kings cross so that we could all see the platform 9 3/4 and the Harry Potter store.

Hayley S.

Voucher said Harry Potter tour but when arrived told it was no longer that but a wizard tour. Informative but would have thought we would have been taken to king cross to see platform 93/4 or the wands on display in Leicester Square.

Highly recommend the Harry Potter walking tour! Our guide Fiona was awesome- very knowledgeable and interactive. We were a group of all older teens/adults and we all really enjoyed it. Even muggles who know nothing of HP can enjoy this tour around London.

The Harry Potter Tour specifically was so insightful and a great way to start your first trip in London.

Very interesting with loads of facts about the Harry Potter locations with pictures so you can visualise the parts in the films and books where the locations showed but also showed other interesting points that were not part of Harry Potter which added to the tour

Gillian L.

Calum was super knowledgable about the locations. He made the walks between places fun and interesting. Always willing to give time for us to take as many pictures as we wanted

Super way to view london, learn so much about the various locations, Much better than the studio tour, all the children loved it. Nobody complained about the walking the tour was such fun.

We were met on a very wet and windy day by the representative who made everyone welcome. Jess then arrived to conduct the tour. He was excellent! So knowledgeable and patient! He found time to include everyone and involve the younger members of the tour. Despute the horrendous weather, this was a fantastic walking tour that my 11 year old and I truly enjoyed!

The tour was amazing, we had a great time and our tour guide Fiona was brilliant. Fiona geeked out with us and told us an impressive amount of information/interesting facts and from the beginning she made us feel very comfortable which is even better when you consider that we were the only 2 Scottish people in the group...in London. Would recommend.

They were informative and engaging with the tour group. We went to several locations in London where the movies were filmed and we also had a good tour through parts of London along the way. The bus was very clean and nice.

What an amazing trip! I surprised my son with this 3.5hr Harry Potter bus tour for his 13th birthday and we were both blown away by how amazing it was. The tour guides Fiona and Jess were incredible, so knowledgeable and so much energy. Really recommend this trip for HP fans but also anybody who wants to see a different side of London (I lived in London for 20 years and still saw lots of things I hadn't seen before

After an initial delay caused by a broken down bus (resolved with a replacement) our 2 guides were enthusiastic, knowledgeable, friendly and fabulous. I thought we knew quite a lot of HP trivia, but NOW we're proper nerds

Good fun, and interesting stories about the filming and crew. Coach was comfy. Be aware that the tour ends at Kings Cross station (not where the tour started), in case you have something going on after the tour.

Does what it says on the tin - comfy coach tour around London taking in HP sites. Nice to see other areas of London that you wouldn't normally visit. Informative and fun. Would recommend and would definitely book another tour.

Overall, the tour was good and the guide was knowledgeable. We saw a lot of sites I had not seen on a previous walking tour (Tour for Muggles) with very little overlap. I would have given a 5 star rating, but for two things. First, a few of the sites were quick drives past that left no time to see the site, such as Borough Market. Second, the guide told a story about how folks had been injured trying to run trolleys into the Platform 9-3/4 location. Later, I was chatting with a Kings Cross employee who worked that location who had never heard of such things in their five years of service. Made me wonder how many other stories were equally fanciful...

Fabulously enthusiastic guide. Also very knowledgeable, not just about Harry Potter, but also London in general. Just the ticket for dad-and-daughter visit.

We didn't go on the 4 hour bus tour, because we only wanted the Harry Potter experience, and these were the only tickets left. But the transportation and Harry Potter studio was really nice. I especially enjoyed watching the first Harry Potter movie in the bus

The bus was comfortable. Saves me the headache of planning my way there using public transport. Sufficient time to do the hop on hop off tour after the studio tour.

Nous avons vécu une super expérience avec Golden Tours. Visite des studios Harry Potter : Magnifique et Incontournable (même quand on est pas fan). Le tour en bus de 4 heures : génial !

We arrived in London 2 hours before the estimated time, and there was a lack of time in the studio, which is immense, many details and interactions to be seen in 4 hours of duration. The guide Debbie in Oxford is extremely cheerful and friendly, I loved it!

Tour was very well planned - transport was comfortable and driver was pleasant. Andy, the Oxford tour guide, was particularly fantastic. He was friendly and well knowledgeable and tailored the tour so it also referenced Harry Potter. The studios were also great and it was good to have transport sorted for the way home after a busy day. Wholly recommend.

The start was a bit difficult, because the coach didn't turn up in time, but still the day was great. The guide was really helpful and when he found out that we liked Tolkien, he included some interesting things for us. It is a pity that the time in Oxford was a bit shorter, but it only means maybe we should return :)

Got to Oxford first. The time spent in Oxford felt short, but then again I guess there’s never enough time to see everything. Our tour guide was exceptional. He gave us about an hour of guided tour and then we were free to roam for about 2 or 3 hours. Since this is a Harry Potter tour, I recommend paying the ticket price for Christ Church, while a bit on the expensive side, you will see the stairs leading into Hogwarts and the great hall. I also recommend paying the £2 to see The Divinity School. And for a magnificent view of Oxford I would recommend paying to see the top view of Oxford at the university Church of St. Mary. The WB studio is of course the main attraction in this tour and definitely worth the cost. It is something you have to see in person.

Our guide Tom was very enthusiastic. Despite the large crowd, he managed to get everyone involved in the Harry Potter story. It was nice that he also had all kinds of interesting facts about London. The short boat ride was also fun. This tour was really worth it. Maarten & Jeroen from Holland

Tom (with the glasses….as he suggested) was well knowledgeable of all that is Harry Potter in London. He even threw in a free boat ride on the Thames (due to a H.R mix up!) Myself and my family thoroughly enjoyed the experience….made more special because of Tom’s knowledge and pure enthusiasm in his role as our guide. You will not be disappointed!! Thank you so much for an amazing few hours!

It was a really funny and informative tour. We had a lot of fun with our tour guide Tom (very funny guy) and we were very impressed by his knowledge, true harry potter fan. But also wide knowledge on London attractions in general! Loved the little walk over the millennium bridge and the little paintings on the ground! Overall a very great experience and a great tour with an amazing tour guide!

Lottie was an excellent tour guide, apart from being a slytherin. You could tell she was a massive Harry Potter fan. She was so excited throughout the tour. Her knowledge was excellent and she made everyone feel included. The tour itself was very interesting and I learnt quite a lot of things I didn’t know, not just about Harry Potter, but about London and some of its buildings. We got off the coach a few times to explore further some things we couldn’t see from the coach.

Even though the filming locations went through the heavy London traffic, there wasn't a single minute that was boring. The incredibly spontaneous, lively and funny nature of our tour guide Lotti contributed to this, which could report from a rich treasure of anecdotes, curiosities and insider knowledge from the Harry Potter films. And as with many comparable tours, this was not profane and boring, but really interesting! For example, next to the Millenium Bridge (Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince) was the London School of Westminster, on which actor Daniel Radcliffe had gone to school. Lotti also knew a lot about the shooting and the casting (in which she had participated for the role of Luna Lovegood herself and had been in the last 10 competitions). Overall, a great trip despite the rainy weather!

Very interesting activity that I recommend without hesitation to visit London and the places of certain Harry Potter filmings. I try our guide was great.

Franziska

A very entertaining ride with interesting facts about Harry Potter. The Tour Guide Lotti is super personable and just great with children. The tour is in English and consists of a bus ride and drop-off points at locations that appear in the films. We were unlucky with the weather. It was pouring rain. That was very uncomfortable for getting in and out, as you carried more luggage (umbrella) with you and the wet things did the rest.

A tour around the corners of Harry Potter gave much to both book and movie connoisseurs and less knowledgeable. The route traveled to key locations in London, and the tour told stories and stories about London history. Along the route, there were places where you could hardly go on your own. It was nice that during the tour we actually took to the streets of Lonyoo. Very good and interesting experience. As a development idea, the guide could have some flag on the mast or something else that would guide the group to the places they visited.

Super good and relevant places to see. Committed guide Eva who from start to finish knew everything there was to know about harty pots and the history of London. Eva was in high spirits and through small competitions along the way, the participants kept their attention. Not a boring trip and time flew by. Well done even though there were blocked streets due to demonstrations. We came all the way around anyway. Thanks!

Loved the Studio but cafe was just too crowded and wait too long for lunch.Came on the Golden Tour coach whih restricted the time spent at the Studio-I found it difficult to guage how long I could spend looking at exhibits. If I were to do it again I would prefer to come by train and spend the day at the Studio.

the bus ride is long and the seats not really comfortable (specially when you compare with some other if your tour). also the bus coloring is pretty nice outside but from inside you can't see the outside. it will add to be able to see a little more ;-)

The whole experience was absolutely incredible. We travelled from Ireland and this was on the top of our to-do list. It was even better than we had expected. The staff at the WB studios were very helpful and informative. It was suitable for all age groups- from children to adults. The WB studios were unbelievable. Getting to the studios was an absolute pleasure with our bus driver/tour guide Malcom. He gave us a tour leaving London centre as the traffic was quite backed up & also on the way back into London centre. He made the experience even more enjoyable. The whole day was incredible and I would highly recommend it to anybody considering it.

Bus left on time and 4 hours on site was really sufficient. The studios are also absolutely worth it! No film was shown on the bus (which I had read in previous comments), but that is of course not a bad thing.

A great organization to book with! If you have any questions, you can easily get in touch with the organization via WhatsApp. Quick response and friendly staff. The Harry Potter tour is really great for the fans! Even people who have not seen the film will certainly enjoy themselves here!

Discovery of Harry Potter studios, absolutely magnificent. We arrive early enough to avoid queuing. The bus driver and attendant was very nice and took care of collecting the tickets for us. Very good service, I recommend.

The activity went very well in all these aspects. We took the bus in the morning at 9 am in front of the agency, where we were able to go to the toilet before getting on the bus which left on time, just 3 minutes late, time to wait for latecomers. Then, the trip was expected to take between 1 hour and 1 hour 15 minutes depending on the traffic, but we only took 50 minutes to arrive. On site, the driver, very friendly, went to get the tickets and we had 4 hours on site. 4 hours is indeed short, because it is impossible with the audio guide to listen to everything and to linger on the explanatory panels if you want to be able to do the full tour. However, it is quite possible to fully enjoy the experience. After 4 hours, we returned to the bus. Warning: this one started right on time, latecomers did not seem to be expected! Magnificent activity, very well organized, no complaints! I recommend !

The tour was nice, but the time was too short from the arrival until we had to go back. The driver made it very clear, that we had to be punctual.

Albus

The studios are worth the trip. The journey by bus went well. The stay of 4 hours is too short. Would have gone there myself, but since it was rather short-term, there was only the possibility of the tour. If we were to do it again, it would certainly be planned for a longer period of time and with our own arrival.
