What happens after payment?

Immediately after paying for the order, you will receive an SMS and an e-mail with a notification of payment, the organizer will also receive a notification. After the organizer confirms the order, you will be sent an e-ticket / voucher, which you will need on the day of the tour. it contains instructions and information about the order: date, time and place of the meeting, details on how to find out the guide, the phone number of the organizer.

What cards do you accept for payment?

And if I want to pay for the order in full on the site?

In cases where only a deposit is required, the full payment contradicts the booking conditions agreed with the partners. Therefore, if the guest wishes to pay for the tour or ticket in full, we have the right to charge a commission of 10% of the order value on account subsequent translation to the organizers. To arrange full payment, contact the site support managers.

Can I pay in cash on the spot?

For many excursions and tickets, a cash payment method is available on site. In the description of such excursions there is a green checkmark marked 'You can pay in cash.' After placing an order, you need to select this payment method from the list on the order payment page, click 'book' and receive a booking confirmation from the organizer.

How to pay in cash through terminals / cash desks of Euroset and Svyaznoy?

On the payment page, you must select the payment method 'Cash in Euroset / Svyaznoy' and continue booking. Next, you will be redirected to the page where you must specify the phone number (filled in automatically if you entered it when booking) and confirm the data and receive the payment code (comes in the form of SMS). In communication stores, contact the cashier / use the terminal and make the payment via Yandex.Payments by entering the received code. Payment is received instantly, you will receive a receipt (save it) and e-mail.

What does it mean to 'book' an excursion or a ticket?

Reservation is a confirmation of your participation. On Sputnik8.com, confirming your participation in an excursion means making an advance payment (full or partial, depending on specific excursions and tickets). In case a cash payment method is available for the excursion or ticket, you need to select this payment method in the proposed list, click the 'book' button and receive confirmation from the organizer.

How many days in advance do you need to book a tour or ticket?

You can leave a request for an excursion or a ticket when it is convenient for you, but you must complete the booking no later than the booking period specified in the description of the excursion or ticket you are interested in. If after booking you want to change the date, then this can be done at no additional cost if the guide has free time or in groups there are places - just agree with the guide. Can I get the phone number of the guide / address of the organizer?

All necessary contacts will be available after completing the booking on the website. After the organizer confirms the order, you will be sent an electronic ticket / voucher, which you will need on the day of the tour. It contains instructions and information about the order: date, time and meeting point. , details on how to find out the guide, telephone number / address of the organizer's office.

How to pay for all orders at once?

Go to your personal account. Check the boxes for the excursions that you want to pay on the site, click the 'Pay for marked orders' button and complete the booking by making the payment.

How to use the discount?

The discount is applied only when paying online. Come and explore Harry Potter London filming locations on our magical tour. Our non-magical guides immerse you into the parts of London fit for a wizard! Your tour will be led by an expert guide who has read all the books by J K Rowling and studied all eight movies starring Daniel Radcliffe as the famous boy wizard. You will get to see more than 10 filming locations from the Harry Potter movies. Some of these are only visible to those true fans (i.e., with magical powers).

Your tour will start at Westminster Station and here you will retrace the journey taken by Harry and Mr Weasley on their visit to The Ministry of Magic.

From here your magical guide will lead you through Westminster past the home of the non magic Prime Minster. Then its on to the secret entrance to the Ministry of Magic as seen in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. Magic folk may spot it. If you’re not magic then you may not. Not far from here you will see the spot where Harry, Ron and Hermione had to hide in a scene from Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1.

As the locations are spread far and wide you will need to take a short tube journey. So you need either an Oystercard, a contactless card or a Travelcard valid to travel in Zone 1. After the tube journey you will arrive in the City of London. See the magnificent cathedral with the magical spiral stairway that leads to Professor Sybil Trelawney’s Divination classroom. You may also recognise it from the spin off movie ‘Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them’.

Make sure you hold onto your wand as you cross the the wobbly bridge destroyed by the flying dark evil spirits in Harry Potter and the Blood Prince. You dont want to fall into the River Thames.

You will also see the entrances to the Leaky Cauldron pub located in two of Londons oldest markets. Stand on the spot where the triple decker Knight Bus pulled up outside the Leaky Cauldron from Prisoner of Azkaban. Also walk in Harry and Hagrids footsteps from Philosopher Stone. Both magical and non-magical people mix at these locations.

Voucher said Harry Potter tour but when arrived told it was no longer that but a wizard tour. Informative but would have thought we would have been taken to king cross to see platform 93/4 or the wands on display in Leicester Square.

Wizards London Bus Tour

What an amazing trip! I surprised my son with this 3.5hr Harry Potter bus tour for his 13th birthday and we were both blown away by how amazing it was. The tour guides Fiona and Jess were incredible, so knowledgeable and so much energy. Really recommend this trip for HP fans but also anybody who wants to see a different side of London (I lived in London for 20 years and still saw lots of things I hadn't seen before

Wizards London Bus Tour

It was well worth the price. Lotte was our guide and she was fantastic. The tour is worth going on even if you are not a big fan of Harry Potter. Lotte was very knowledgeable about London in general. The tour allows you to see parts of London you would not do otherwise. I definitely recommend this tour and if we have the opportunity to go back to London I would do the other tours the company has to offer.

We were met on a very wet and windy day by the representative who made everyone welcome. Jess then arrived to conduct the tour. He was excellent! So knowledgeable and patient! He found time to include everyone and involve the younger members of the tour. Despute the horrendous weather, this was a fantastic walking tour that my 11 year old and I truly enjoyed!
