Gastro Samarkand

Dear guests of our sunny land. We invite you to a gastronomic tour of Samarkand.
In it, you will visit significant places and try original dishes of Uzbek cuisine.
Our day will start with an Uzbek snack — we will buy cream from dairy sellers. Then we will go to the house of local residents to have breakfast with freshly baked bread in the tandoor.
The next destination will be a paper factory, where you will see paper production that dates back to the 7th century.
After that, we will go to see the necropolis of Shakhi Zinda, where there are many mausoleums. We will try the king of Uzbek cuisine, that is, pilaf, in a place where the residents of Samarkand prefer to eat.

And then we will try the most famous samsa, which is called Kakand samsa.
Afterwards we will try Khalisa, this dish is made from wheat bran and lamb meat.
and the first wonder of Uzbekistan is Registan Square.
Afterwards, if you have some sids left, we will try shashliks or go to a wine tasting in a place called Bagizagan.
