Tour cancelation
You can either choose any other tour in any city anywhen or request refund.
Cancelation by Traveler
Deposit paid: 100%
More than 72 hours before tour starts: 100% refund.0 - 72 hours before tour starts: 0% refund.
Deposit paid: partly
More than 72 hours before tour starts: 100%.
0 - 72 hours before tour starts: 0%.
Museum ticket cancelation
Museum ticket can't be cancelled, the date can't be changed as well. We don't refund cancelled museum tickets.
Cancelation by Host
If your tour was cancelled by guide we guarantee 100% refund.
Changing the tour date
Refund policy is retained in case if new date will not be adjusted because of the Traveler or the Guide.
Cancelation of rooftop tour:
If your rooftop tour was cancelled because of weather conditions (rain, snow etc.) and you did not transfer it to other time or did not accept alike tour by the other guide, we guarantee 100% refund of deposit. Please write us.
How to notify guide/traveler about tour cancelation:
Just write him/her private message on www.sputnik8.com.
Conditions of refund policy:
1. All the refunds are made on request. Please, notify us about your situation via email.
2. Send us email on [email protected] with subject “Refund”. Include following information (from booking confirmation email):
- number of your order
- date of cancelled tour
- name of the guide
As soon as we get your email we will start the refund process.
3. All the refunds are made in 14 days after the refund request or the cancellation date.
