What a great experience. You are in a foreign culture and you want to get to know what's really going on in a field that interests you; what could be better than a personal guide who is knowledgeable, enthusiastic and a great communicator in your own language. This tour, thanks to Olya, did all that and more. She invites questions and takes you to places and people you would never otherwise discover. If you want to see past the splendours of St Petersburgs past and get some experience of its vibrant and creative present, nothing could be better. Unlike the famous attractions in St. Petersburg, this is a "real" contact with the life of creative people and their small businesses. Olya is an experienced insider, who has worked in this field for years and therefore the most knowledgeable person to show these spaces. She has a passion for what she is doing. During the tour she was extremely friendly and full of energy. She also provided us with links and suggestions about visiting some places later by our selves. If you want a "real" and off-the-beaten-track experience, then this tour is for you. Highly recommended!

Olga's tour is awesome. She showed us around a lot of alternative spaces in Saint Petersburg you wouldn't be able to see as a normal tourist - even most locals don't know about them: Artist spaces, squatted areas, fashion and design shops in backyards as well as the city's first vegan burger place. Olga not only shows the places, but can provide all the background infos on how each space was established, what the political implications are and what they mean for Saint Petersburg. With her charme and humour walking around the city with Olga is a big pleasure!

Olya is a great tour guide! She showed us places that we never would have found on our own in St. Petersburg, and introduced us to the fascinating art scene. She is very knowledgeable about the art scene, and all sorts of events going in in the area connected with it. Very soon after the tour she sent out links to the places we visited, as well as additional information that we discussed on the tour. She's very friendly and interested in getting to know you. This was a great tour and I'm glad we got to see some of these spots.

Got to meet really dedicated, interesting, and passionate people and see a little bit of St Petersburg through there eyes. Really appreciate Olya's patience and open-mindedness with our zillions of questions. We learned a lot and got to see parts of St Petersburg that we would never have encountered otherwise (or had the knowledge to appreciate). Really inspiring to meet so many people who are working to change things and build a future that is more inclusive, vibrant, and equitable for all.

Olga was a great tour guide. She introduced me to some of the creative places and movements in Saint Petersburg and described the causes/initiatives for which they were founded. Her English was superb. I would recommend taking her tour if you want to see a side of St. Petersburg you might not expect and get to know some exciting developments which are in store!
