Walking tours to the main sights in Saint Petersburg

We have been introduced to Saint Petersburg by Igor, who has guides us over the course of three days in this wonderful city. Igor is able to provide you rich details about the city, with very extensive knowledge about architecture, art and the city's history. Through the use of headphones you will be able to hear what Igor has to say, while giving yourself the opportunity to look around at your own pace. Igor is very flexible in organising the tours by adapting to your needs and wishes. Do not expect jokes or a lot of energy, but pay close attention and you will have great insight into the city. St Petersburg is a fantastic city - full of history, politics...and great tour guides! Vladimir was a wonderful guide, showing us the highlights of Soviet architecture. Both his Metro Palaces and Futuristic Buildings tours were fascinating - way beyond the banal information offered by bog-standard guidebooks. Awesome. Vladimir came prepared with maps, print-outs, old photos, quotes from the novel and from the press of the period, providing excellent background to a fascinating 2-hour tour. Vladimir's narration revolves around the life of Dostoyevsky and the plot of the novel. You will get most out of it if you are familiar with "Crime and Punishment", but the tour is cleverly designed in such a way, that you will enjoy it and learn from it even if you have not read the book. Highly recommended!

Удобно, что можно на сайте выбрать и маршрут и вид теплохода, есть картинки. Выбранный маршрут от Фонтанки, 71 понравился. Отличная экскурсия, включающая все основные водные достопримечательности - канал Фонтанки, Мойки и кусок по большой Неве мимо Зимнего.

The audio tour was very well prepared, very informative and with beautiful music to add to the whole experience. The only thing was that it was sometimes confusing where to go and I often found myself at completely remote parts from where I was supposed to be

We learned a lot about Russian history, and Paul took us to places we would not have found on our own that taught us more about Petersburg and its people. We also enjoyed Paul's personal stories of living in Petersburg and Peterhof through its various changes. The tour with your company was great.

Excellent day in -11 Degree C snowy St. Petersburg ! Irina speaks excellent English and is knowledgeable, took us to all the sights and was very helpful, full of suggestions to help a tourist and good fun too ! Went beyond the call of duty with her help. Recommend highly.

I really enjoyed this tour with Vladimir. I undertook this tour alone, and Vladimir made it possible to collect me from my hotel, and we made our way to restaurant. We tried five different vodaks, from various places, and also enjoyed some food. Most of all, I enjoyed the company of Vladimir, and we had a great cultural exchange and it was a pleasure to learn about him and his interesting life in St Petersburg. Really great tour, our host, Vladimir, was so passionate and knowledgeable on the topic, but Made the night a fun and memorable one. He tailored it to suit our needs also, very happy and would thoroughly recommend.

Very beautiful view. Very comfortable boat. For my opinion it is too long , you hardly hear the tourism guide and our lucky was to arrive at 18:30 ( the begging at 19 as they wrote in their site) since there were left 3 last seats , otherwise we would have to wait till 19:20 .
