Teriberka. Feel the breath of the north

Our mini-journey will begin in the capital of the Arctic — Murmansk and will pass through the tundra that is fascinating in its beauty, stretching from horizon to horizon. We explore the Teribersky pass with bizarre stone pyramids (seids), you will learn legends, myths and beliefs associated with them. We will meet the Guard of Teriberka and stop at several observation platforms.

We will visit the graveyard of the ships that have found their last resting place in the Teriberskaya Bay, and walk along the sandy beach, where at low tide we can climb onto a fishing boat washed up on the shore.

We will definitely visit the famous stone beach of Dragon Eggs, where we will see gigantic pebbles polished by the power of the Arctic Ocean, and also, if the weather permits, we will sneak up to the Dragon's Lair.

We will walk to the waterfall on Battery Lake, which falls directly into the Barents Sea and look around the surroundings from its height.

If desired, we will taste northern delicacies (crabs, scallops, sea urchins) in one of the comfortable restaurants overlooking the Teriberskaya Bay.

Let's take a look at the deer and husky farm, where you can try cloudberry jam and a very unusual crowberry wine. We will visit the northernmost brewery in Russia, where those who wish can taste the local live beer and buy a few bottles as an unusual souvenir.

After the end of this eventful day, we will go back.

If the weather permits and we are a little lucky, then on the way back we may be able to see the Northern Lights.
