• A Gift Certificate is a file containing a unique digital activation code.
• A Gift Certificate Purchaser (i.e.Certificate) is a user of the website www.sputnik8.com who purchased Gift Certificate for the price stated on the certificate.
• A Gift Certificate Holder is an individual person (and not necessarily the Certificate Purchaser) who owns the certificate.
• A Gift Certificate Activation is a procedure that implies entering the Gift Certificate’s unique digital code in a specific graph on the ‘booking page’ on website www.sputnik8.com and is considered to be a method of payment for a chosen tour. When the Gift Certificate is activated the Gift Certificate Holder is granted a permission to attned any tour available on the website www.sputnik8.com within the Certificate’s validity period and tour’s nominal price equal or lower than the value of the Girft Certificate.

By purchasing and activating the gift certificate you agree with following terms and conditions.

1. The Gift Certificate must be used by a Certificate Holder as a means of on-line payment for the tours on the website www.sputnik8.com.
2. The value of the Certificate is defined and shown to the Purchaser at the moment of purchase.
3. The period of validity of the Gift Certificate is one year from the date of its purchase.
4. The Certificate Holder is elligable to use the Gift Certificate as a means of payment for any tour displayed on the website www.sputnik8.com in any city of operation of Sputnik8.com within one year from the date of payment.
5. In case of Certificate’s value being higher than the price of the chosen tour, Sputnik8.com will not reimburce the difference. Money left after booking can be used by a Gift Certificate Holder for next purchases.
6. In case of Certificate’s value being lower than the price of the chosen tour, the Gift Certificate Holder must pay the difference using other means of payment available on the website www.sputnik8.com.
7. In case of not being used within the period of its validity the Gift Сertificate is declared expired, and money paid for it cannot be reimbursed.
8. Tours purchased via Gift Certificate are subjects to other promotions and special deals on www.sputnik8.com
9. Return of the tickets purchased via Gift Certificates is carried out according to general Refund Policy of Sputnik8.com. In case of cancellation of the tour purchased via Gift Certificate, the money can be used next day after the cancellation but within the period of validity of the gift certificate.
10. Sputnik8.com does not have any responsibility over illegal or unauthorized usage of gift certificates.
