In Kazbegi you will find many historical buildings, crystal clear waters, waterfalls, lakes, beautiful views and most importantly — mountains, mountains and once again mountains. Almost everything here is buried in the mountains.

What you will see:

• Gveleti Waterfall. This amazing place with all its parts is simply magical. At first glance you will have the impression that it is really a gift from the universe. It will take you only a little time to be convinced of this.
• The Church of the Holy Trinity in the village of Gergeti (in Georgian it sounds like Gergetis Tsminda Sameba) is one of the most picturesque churches in Georgia. It stands on an elevation of 2170m, and some tourists who climb up to the church may be lucky enough to see Kazbek, which in clear weather offers a mesmerising view.
• Trusovskoye Gorge (Truso Gorge). Endlessly large and emerald meadows, towers stretching into the sky, ruins and temples whispering interesting stories. The gorge is one of the highest parts of Kazbegi. This place is rich in mineral waters. Seeing the bottomless lake is one of the most frequent reasons for travellers to visit this place. Apart from this, the place is interesting for its nature, beauty and history. The gorge is guarded by the mothers of Truso convent.
