Even though the filming locations went through the heavy London traffic, there wasn't a single minute that was boring. The incredibly spontaneous, lively and funny nature of our tour guide Lotti contributed to this, which could report from a rich treasure of anecdotes, curiosities and insider knowledge from the Harry Potter films. And as with many comparable tours, this was not profane and boring, but really interesting! For example, next to the Millenium Bridge (Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince) was the London School of Westminster, on which actor Daniel Radcliffe had gone to school. Lotti also knew a lot about the shooting and the casting (in which she had participated for the role of Luna Lovegood herself and had been in the last 10 competitions). Overall, a great trip despite the rainy weather!
VERY SURPRISED! My husband and I took this boat trip on the 8th of November. Lovely sunshine and warm. We were picked up at the hotel in the old town and got extremely surprised when we went onboard the boat - quite big, felt luxurious and very clean. We sat outside on large white faux leather sofas and they gave us welcome drinks and bits to snack on - all very good. We were lucky, only about 25 people on the whole big boat so we got first class service! On the way up to the Black Sea they served a fantastic lunch. The guide was very informativ and the boat stopped off at a small village on the way back, and more things to eat and drink! Lovely luxury cruising! Even though it said in the brochure that the return transfer to the hotel is not included - they actually brought us back - no charge!
Got to Oxford first. The time spent in Oxford felt short, but then again I guess there’s never enough time to see everything. Our tour guide was exceptional. He gave us about an hour of guided tour and then we were free to roam for about 2 or 3 hours. Since this is a Harry Potter tour, I recommend paying the ticket price for Christ Church, while a bit on the expensive side, you will see the stairs leading into Hogwarts and the great hall. I also recommend paying the £2 to see The Divinity School. And for a magnificent view of Oxford I would recommend paying to see the top view of Oxford at the university Church of St. Mary. The WB studio is of course the main attraction in this tour and definitely worth the cost. It is something you have to see in person.
This would be a great cruise if you are a smoker, which I am not.. There is no designated smoking area and lots of people were smoking all over the ship, upwind from other passengers. In fact, I felt like I had smoke in my face the whole time, no matter where I moved. Even the captain and crew smoked unabatedly upwind from guests. This pretty much ruined the beauty of the experience. Otherwise the information given, and music played was fine. The food seemed okay, but I lost my appetite from all the smoking. Seriously, if you are going to allow smoking, have a designated area at the back of the boat.
A tour around the corners of Harry Potter gave much to both book and movie connoisseurs and less knowledgeable. The route traveled to key locations in London, and the tour told stories and stories about London history. Along the route, there were places where you could hardly go on your own. It was nice that during the tour we actually took to the streets of Lonyoo. Very good and interesting experience. As a development idea, the guide could have some flag on the mast or something else that would guide the group to the places they visited.
This was a special experience for me. I had no idea just how beautiful Istanbul really was until i saw it on the water. U can actually see Asia and Europe! I loved how the commentary spoke of the history as well; I learned a lot. The scenery was just amazing and the weather was perfect. I couldn’t ask for anything more. The manager of the tour was also the best. He assisted me with directions and allowed me to have the best possible experience. I recommend this tour to anyone visiting Istanbul. It is a must!!
Lottie was an excellent tour guide, apart from being a slytherin. You could tell she was a massive Harry Potter fan. She was so excited throughout the tour. Her knowledge was excellent and she made everyone feel included. The tour itself was very interesting and I learnt quite a lot of things I didn’t know, not just about Harry Potter, but about London and some of its buildings. We got off the coach a few times to explore further some things we couldn’t see from the coach.
A very entertaining ride with interesting facts about Harry Potter. The Tour Guide Lotti is super personable and just great with children. The tour is in English and consists of a bus ride and drop-off points at locations that appear in the films. We were unlucky with the weather. It was pouring rain. That was very uncomfortable for getting in and out, as you carried more luggage (umbrella) with you and the wet things did the rest.
The cruise was great, he thought that the dinner was very good, the attention of the waiters is very good, always attentive in case I needed something, the dances were with professional people, very well synchronized, the best was the end, they played music and many encouraged to dance on the dance floor, it was beautiful to live something like this again! I also want to emphasize that it is a family environment as well.
Super good and relevant places to see. Committed guide Eva who from start to finish knew everything there was to know about harty pots and the history of London. Eva was in high spirits and through small competitions along the way, the participants kept their attention. Not a boring trip and time flew by. Well done even though there were blocked streets due to demonstrations. We came all the way around anyway. Thanks!
Tour was very well planned - transport was comfortable and driver was pleasant. Andy, the Oxford tour guide, was particularly fantastic. He was friendly and well knowledgeable and tailored the tour so it also referenced Harry Potter. The studios were also great and it was good to have transport sorted for the way home after a busy day. Wholly recommend.
Great way to spend 2 1/2 hours during our first trip to Istanbul. There were 24 guests on the boat but there was room to spread out and the staff gave everyone individual attention. Beautiful sightseeing of both sides of Istanbul from the river. Snacks (fruit, nuts, sweets) were included in the price of the ticket. Drinks were extra. Highly recommend
My son and I had some time before we needed to catch our flight and we had asked for some assistance with our luggage and transfers to airport and requested some special details. We got everything we wanted! The tour was absolutely fascinating! We learned so much about Dubai and UAE culture and lifestyle. We could have asked questions for days!
THIS tour & the evening Bosphorus tour are any visitors must-do. Amazing sights; the bridges, palaces, academy and villas, are ALL screen-savers to say the least. Though the Istanbul heat in August is at a 10yr high. Upper-deck was at capacity. Social-distancing below could be had, but obviously for a reason. Loved it.
The start was a bit difficult, because the coach didn't turn up in time, but still the day was great. The guide was really helpful and when he found out that we liked Tolkien, he included some interesting things for us. It is a pity that the time in Oxford was a bit shorter, but it only means maybe we should return :)
This was a nice sunset cruise with narrations of the scenery and buildings that we saw along the way. For myself the mosques and minarets in the sunset was worth the trip alone. I got some amazing pictures on this tour, and also had some fresh in season fruit and some amazing baklava.
It is very good value for money. They come to pick you up at the hotel and then they take you. The drink is unlimited, it is very dynamic. The only thing that there is no distance due to Covid and I missed that they do it for Spaniards. For everything else very well.
Very nice sunset cruise, great way to see the Bosphorous. The organisation and communication was prompt and efficient. The yacht was modern and not too crowded. The guide and crew were attentive and informative. Snacks and drinks provided were okay.
The private tour guides enthusiasm, life time experiences, history of the city and the UAE, patriotism to his country made the difference in the tour. The best tour guide of any country I have been too. Thanks for the experience
The experience was really pleasant! I loved the food and the shows were great! The transport was also very easy and comfortable. All in all it is an experience that should not be missed…. And we will do it again for sure!
Very flexible and really local guide, adjusting the tour with some extras like going into a hindu temple participating in a ceremony, yet visited all the souks and made it a very authentic and unforgettable experience

This is really the perfekt way to edplorer Istanbul beautiful city. The yacht and the stuff and after all this program is in best category. We are very enjoyed and thank you very much again.
The tour is really good...my only suggestion is that it should be at least 4 hours. As 3 hours is very rushed. Especially as the souks are last and there was next to no time to really look.
Very nice experience! The yacht was superb, the staff attentive and really friendly. The English speaking guide at the top! The cruise lasts around 4-5 hours and is well worth it
Overall a superb show! Beautiful ambiance and arrangements. From pickup till drop everything was good. And Snowfall made it even more breathtaking. 100% value for money i guess.
Great experience!!! We had a great guide Mehmet and I really recommend this tour to everyone who wants to hear something about real Instabul.. Great tour and Thumbs up!!!

Very interesting activity that I recommend without hesitation to visit London and the places of certain Harry Potter filmings. I try our guide was great.
Perfect, the driver was great, the atmosphere and welcome in the boat incredible! Great show. The food was good. I recommend 100000%! Top top top top
Frankly surprised by the quality of the show, and the way the waiters take care of us, after the food is simple, a big thank you to the great team
Superb superb superb! We had an amazing time with the best possible crew! Everything is amazing and we enjoyed every moment! Don't miss it!
Sruthy was knowledgeable about Dubai and fun to tour with. As advertised, it was a close to the ground experience from a local perspective.
Truly amazing, a must see, especially at night. The music, the lights on the Burj and the fountains all make a spectacular display.
